CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) PARISH  PLAN

CHURCH TO OPEN FOR PUBLIC WORSHIP

We are very pleased to be able to open our buildings for Public Worship from Sunday 19th July.

For the time being we will be open for Worship on Sundays at 10.00am and Wednesdays at 9.30am

For now there will still be no Sunday 8.00am service and the Evensong will be only streamed.

TRACK & TRACE!

The NHS Track & Trace App is now available and is very easy to use, so please, if you can and have a suitable Smart Phone, download it and use it as you enter our building on the Poster on the Entrance Doors. Those who cannot use it will still be able to sign in.

All entry to the building will be subject to Social Distancing rules and various other precautions and we ask you to be patient if you do come as it may take a while to get everyone safely into the building.

FACE COVERINGS

In the light of current advice and guidance and in order to make everyone as safe as possible we are asking that you wear Face Coverings whilst inside the building. Whilst this is only mandatory for indoor Retail Sites and on Public Transport, we do strongly recommend that everyone wears a face-covering whilst in the Church Buildings, thank you.

A PRAYER FOR US TO USE

God of compassion,
be close to those who are ill, afraid or in isolation.
In their loneliness, be their consolation;
in their anxiety, be their hope;
in their darkness, be their light;
through him who suffered alone on the cross,
but reigns with you in glory,
Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.
